These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Last Alarm (the “Service”) provided by Yo Hanashima (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
The Service is a self-commitment and accountability tool. Users configure their own schedule and reference location. The Service requires moving at least 100m from the reference location to succeed. The Service requires an active internet connection and location services to function.
The Service is not a gambling product and does not offer prizes, rewards, or opportunities to “win money.”
Some features may involve payments (for example, a user-chosen commitment amount, subscription, or other paid features). Any chargeable amount will be displayed clearly and require user confirmation.
No hidden fees or surprise charges.
Pricing, if any, is presented before confirmation.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party processors.
All prices are shown in your selected currency (USD, EUR, etc.) before checkout.
We accept payments via major credit/debit cards and supported digital wallets via our payment processor.

You are responsible for maintaining account security.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your configured commitment settings.
You must not misuse the Service or attempt to bypass its rules or security.
Unlocking depends on your device
We judge your deadline by the countdown shown on your device, so unlocking while that countdown is still running succeeds. Three things on your side can prevent that, and the commitment amount may be charged:
Your device clock is off by 30 seconds or more. We show a warning on screen whenever we detect this.
Your device cannot reach the network at the moment you unlock.
Your device cannot get an accurate GPS fix.
If a charge was caused by a problem on our side rather than your device,
contact us and we will refund it.
Illegal activities or violation of applicable laws
Attempting to reverse engineer, exploit, or attack the Service
Fraud, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized payment activity
Harassment, abuse, or harmful conduct toward others
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, exact location accuracy, or that the Service will meet every user’s expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Last Alarm will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
