Privacy
This policy explains how Last Alarm (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal information in Last Alarm (the “Service”).
We collect limited information needed to operate the Service.
Location data (if enabled) is used only to verify you have moved 100m from your start point.
We do not sell personal data.
You can request data access or deletion via Support.
Depending on your usage, we may collect:
Account data: email address, user ID, authentication tokens.
Device data: device type, OS version, app version, push notification token (if applicable).
Usage data: feature usage, logs for debugging, timestamps of actions.
Payment data: payment status and identifiers. We do not store full card numbers; payments are processed by our payment provider.
If you grant permission, we use location data to verify if you have moved at least 100m away from your reference location by the target time.
When: only when the Service needs to evaluate a scheduled check or show status.
Why: to verify the 100m movement requirement and confirm unlock success.
Control: you can revoke location permissions in your device settings at any time.
Provide and operate the Service (commitment setup, outcome recording, account history).
Process payments and maintain billing records.
Detect, prevent, and address fraud, misuse, or security issues.
Improve the Service (analytics, troubleshooting, performance monitoring).

We may share data with:
Payment processors to complete transactions.
Infrastructure providers (hosting, databases, analytics) to operate the Service.
Legal requests when required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Raw location records are deleted automatically 90 days after they are created.
Records of unlock attempts are deleted automatically 30 days after we receive them.
When you delete your account, your account, alarm, and billing records are permanently removed from our systems.
We keep anonymous, aggregated usage statistics, which do not identify you, after your account is deleted.
Our payment processor keeps its own transaction records under its own retention policy, which we do not control.
Depending on your region, you may have rights to:
Access your personal data
Request deletion of your data
Object to or restrict certain processing
To make a request, contact Support.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal data. No system is 100% secure; please use the Service responsibly.
